FIDE Laws of Chess is valid for thetournament maybe gathered from organisation in English and Turkish.
APPLICATION:
Opento all Turkish players who have TCF license. Openfor foreign players they may show a valid passport. No entry feefor the players over 2300 ELO. Other players should pays 25 € entry fee.
